About this deal

I really like this perfume associated with the Fashion Architect (that's how Issey Miyake is known in the fashion world).

Update: What a gem this fragrance is, something about the dry-down is reminiscent of Baccarat Rouge 540. Some people mentioned the smell of urine, I believe they were being kind cause I left it there, bought some other fragrance and rushed home to wash off the smell where I applied L'Eau Majeure.I have to agree with some of the points people have made about it being a typical 'current smell' but it's still a nice scent and its better than a lot of the other synthetic sickly aquatics on the market I. Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item. I think I do like it - it's got the aquatic note that I love, and I can definitely smell the tea element. Ambergris (sea notes) gives it some density and saltiness without overdoing it (no excessive "egg smell").

The mint note disappears within 5 minutes, the marine notes and the bitter accord of grapefruit, take over the scent for the better part of the duration of the scent and the mixture of cedar and cashmere on the dry down is prominent. Not having much luck with any of the Issey Miyake flankers, they all seem to vary from distinctly average to quite off-putting.

The tea note is something to behold, every other notes seem to dance around it to provide you a very smooth and somewhat salty journey. Bought this for my son for Christmas, and he wore it to work, came back and all the females had said, oh you smell lovely today. Fast forward and we also catch reference to the intense version however wth incense dropped out and some mint and soft and sweet woods instead. It's got that acrid, flyspray smell that would knock you sick but at least when you use thinners or some nasty glue there's a chance you might get a little high off it.

It seems to last forever too, it to me is floral a little bitter and acidic but in the best way and I know I will get a compliment every time I wear it. You may not think they are suitable to give as a gift, but they are perfect for your personal use (or perhaps for non-discerning family and friends).com perfumes magazine - All Rights Reserved - do not copy anything without prior written permission. One spray and not 10 seconds later, I was assaulted by that urinous, chemical odor others have described. That said, it seems to me that L'Eau Majeure D'Issey crossed the line and abandoned the roots of the classics of the line Pour Homme (traditional, intense and sporty) and decided to fit in the pattern of oceanic scents. This is more the west coast of Ireland watching huge waves roll in to batter the green coast, smashing against black rocks in an autumnal shroud of dark cloud than the sun beating beating down on France's Cote d'Azur in the summer time.

The item may be missing its original packaging, or the original packaging has been opened or is no longer sealed. Its composition was thought to portray the wind that blows a marine spray with an innovative note of drifting wood that, over time, becomes salty in contact with the sea water, in addition to bringing some mineral nuances. It does not seem synthetic, it has a good projection (although it exudes for a short time, because of the volatility of the top notes) and it has a good durability, although it becomes soft with the passing of the hours. Sampling this again much later, and the clone essence seemed to have decomposed entirely; further possibly emulating some dark classic Japanese horrorcore. It was released in 2004 and still holds the title of one of the most original creations of the last decades. In addition, there is a charming grapefruit "floating in the breeze" and leading us through the marine olfactory experience. I agree with those who compare L'Eau Majeure with Invictus, but Invictus is just 20% of the scent that gives it modern structure. Citrus mixed with intriguingly savory, salty notes in fragrance is a continuing trend, here fusing grapefruit and bergamot with ‘sea notes’.
