You confirm you are aged 18 years or over, are of legal drinking age and that any purchases you make will be for personal use only. Drink this ruby beauty now, or give it a couple of years to rest and it will come up with even more fruity flavours. This one is not as easy to drink and at least two of the bottles tasted off/oxidised/chemical after taste. I bought a little bottle of this wine to try and I was quite surprised it was smooth and slightly sweet , I hate dry wine . Drink it when you've invited your friends over for a seafood barbeque, or match it up with a delicious linguine with prawns.Post fermentation the wine was racked off the ferment lees and remained on light lees until blended.
