About this deal

Although I rate it as a series (excluding ACOSF) 3/5, I can say that it is the first series I consider reading again even if I did not rate it 5/5. Follow Feyre's journey into the dangerous, alluring world of the Fae, where she will lose her heart, face her demons, and learn what she is truly capable of. Not in a bad way but I just knew she’d be coming back for at least 3 more books so I didn’t totally fear for her like I probably would have if I’d read this book when it was first released. If you like action-packed fantasy series, with a good amount of romance mixed in with found family and hilarious moments, this series is for you!

This feeling of happiness, feeling like I've made new friends even if they're not real, feeling like I'm living a thousands different lives all at once, all because of a book. This time through it, though, I did not cry in Chapter 16 and also couldn't remember why I cried in Chapter 16 on my first read of it.Ci spostiamo dalla Corte della Primavera e dal Regno Sotto la Montagna, quindi, ed andiamo ad esplorare la Corte della Notte, ovvero il regno del nostro bel tenebroso dalle ali da pipistrello. Maas agreed to publish the book as YA so long as her editor did not censor any of the sexual content.

I picked up A Court of Thorns and Roses prior to picking up Throne of Glass, and in all honesty I favour this series.

Yes, I'll say it again, this series is NOT YA, I don't know why some people think that but it sure isn't, the sex scenes are detailed (to my utter delight), the characters are not teenagers (Feyre is the youngest and is 19 at the very beginning), they're all mature adults. I went into this series not really thinking I would enjoy it, definitely didn't think I would enjoy it as much as I did. But Tamlin is not exactly what Feyre is expecting and neither is the world she now finds herself in.

But then we come to find out whilst Lucien was with Vassa they did the dirty or something scandalous as Lucien realised that Elain wouldn’t be going for him anytime soon and needed a distraction. Hurled it hard enough that the splash echoed off the buildings flanking the river, ice cracking from the impact.Got to see some of Azriel’s thoughts surrounding himself (self hatred and disgust) and around Elain (tenderness, fondness, desires).
