About this deal

The only factors that I dislike about this perfume is the price which even with the sales that come and go, I believe its not priced right. Also, as much as I adore the bottle, it isnt very travel friendly, in fear of the cap breaking or the bottle shatter in my bag, I decide not to take this perfume with me for touch ups when im on the go. Lastly, I felt a little deceived when found out how little the 30ml bottle was, compared to how HUUGE the box it came in.

I see this as a potential every day scent. It's a casual scent that could be "dressed up" so to speak. It wears nicely into the nighttime. I feel it would be a beautiful scent for fall and winter especially. I find it lasts about 3 hours on my skin, which is on the low end of moderate, and it sits rather close to the skin without a trail. MULTIPLE PACKS

The purple tones on this bottle are just delightful, along with its bright acidic green writing, and the ribbon is a gorgeous flourish that pairs perfectly with its profile. It really is very well curated. The most interesting thing here is that this develops a certain bitterness after an hour! It's not unpleasant, but it is green and plant-y. I actually quite enjoy this facet, and think it gives this fragrance some much needed depth. I wish it was even more prominent, and it must be the alleged "angelica". How many more of the Sephora "try me" coffrets will I be buying? (Well, perhaps if they start producing them for L'Artisan Parfumeur, which is now apparently a part of their line-up...) On their face, the coffrets a great deal: you pay less than the cost of a bottle of perfume for a box which contains ten or so samples, and you receive a voucher to exchange for the bottle of perfume which you have in effect paid for up front. In other words, the samples are free. The woodsy and musky notes in the base wrap tightly from underneath, gives the entire perfume a warm, sexy feel. The warm base also makes it more of a winter scent rather than a summer tropical scent. I don't like wearing this during hot weathers since the sweetness can get overwhelming.

I'm also not going to lie - I kinda having fun with the bottle. It's just girly, goofy, and a bit enchanting. Love the colours, too. I tested this morning *at* church, which feels incredibly risky to me. However, I had a feeling it wouldn't be a super noticeable fragrance, and that I'd be fairly safe in it (I try not to be ostentatious in there), and I was right. This isn't a very unique, unusual or loud perfume at all. It's understandable, familiar (a fruity musk) and courteous. I blind bought this along with two other Vera Wang perfumes. I found 3.4 oz bottles for a great price, so I took a chance on them for fun.

USAGE ADVICE• Spraying fragrance on the hair can also emit a good amount of perfume. However, fragrance should be sprayed on freshly-cleaned hair as unwashed hair contains oil and dirt that could distort the scent. The singular main note is the pink pepper which dominates like a crazy mother-in-law. The marigold is what gives it a very earthy flower scent. Not floral: Flower. This is the flower, stem, roots, and dirt clods attached to those roots - don't say you don't get what you pay for.
