The Nuna TRVL is one of the only compact strollers that doesn't need adapters to attach a car seat. While adapters aren't necessarily difficult to use, they create an extra step in your process—and an extra opportunity to lose a key piece while you're traveling. Buy a few stroller toys for your little one that you can hang on the bumper bar to keep your child entertained. Many people get sold on other strollers instead because they fold fully with one hand vs with Yoyo you do need to grab it underneath. But, if you think about it, once any other stroller is folded you still need to grab it from the ground, so in the end you still bend down.

Cybex Libelle is one of the newest additions to the Cybex family. I tried many Cybex strollers such as Cybex Priam, Cybex Gazelle S, and Cybex Eezy S Twist and while they’re not flawless the quality was always there so I was excited to try Libelle. The Joolz Aer is super compact and what most parents love is the fact that it looks like a luxury full-size stroller, but it’s compact and light when folded. I often see some parents swapping their big strollers like Uppababy for smaller alternatives and Joolz is a perfect option for downsizing. Preferably, buy a stroller belly bar that has a hinge on either side so you could leave one side in (instead of having to take the whole thing out) when getting your kids out of the stroller.If you're looking to use just the stroller frame and car seat in your baby's first months, it's easier to do so with the YOYO, as the frame is sold as a standalone product. The TRVL comes with seat fabrics and canopy attached, so you'll have to attach the car seat on top or disassemble the fabrics for a cleaner look. Car Seats Compatible with Nuna TRVL I can easily put several items in it without worrying about carrying enough for my baby’s needs. Also, I can access the storage basket from the stroller’s front, which is fantastic. Both strollers can be paired with an infant car seat, but Babyzen also offers two types of bassinets that allow your newborn to lie flat in the stroller. The seats for both the TRVL and YOYO2 can be used for the same length of time, from 6 months until your child reaches approximately 50 pounds.

How tall are you? If you or your partner are on the tall it’s extremely uncomfortable. Even if you’re 5’7 it’s already short and you’ll be slouching. It is also an added safety feature as it prevents the child from leaning too far forward. The Belly Bar gives your child a safe and comfortable area to hold on to while strolling.

The peek-a-boo window on the canopy seemed useful, but it’s made of transparent soft plastic. You cannot open or close it, so on a sunny day we usually put a rag over it, because the sun gets through it so we often put a cloth on top of the stroller on very sunny days. The storage isn’t huge and while I can hang the diaper bag off other strollers, it doesn’t work well with Libelle so I wouldn’t count on the possibility of bringing a lot. However, if you’re thinking of buying it as an “emergency stroller” for an older child Libelle will fit underneath a full-size stroller basket along with other items 😉 Seat Design Full disclosure:I bought this stroller myself. Since we first got Babyzen Yoyo I’ve owned a dozen of compact strollers and honestly, I’m yet to find a stroller that comes close to it without sacrificing the size. This stroller came all assembled, which already made me feel relieved because you have enough to deal with as a parent. Everything is ready to go straight out of the box! Make sure you have the recline zipped up before folding the stroller though. While the stroller will fold reclined with no issues, a part will be hanging out and you’ll be forced to zip it up when already folded which is harder than when the stroller is unfolded. It’s not a huge deal but an extra step when you’re in a hurry. Naps in the stroller are something that some kids get used to easier and some harder, and to be completely honest some never do. My firstborn slept anywhere everywhere and I can think of only a few instances when my second child slept in any stroller, flat or not, but he was so tired at this point that he had no choice. By reclining the seat, you also allow access to ventilated mesh around the seat, which will be perfect in the summer. The huge and extendable canopy is perfect for sunny or rainy days as it’s UV50 and also water repellent. While it’s super easy to do it by just unclipping a button, due to the height of the seat after reclining it I had to push the seat material down with my hand to make it go all the way to maximum. My older son can do it himself, but a baby will need some help. Babyzen Yoyo vs Bugaboo Butterfly CanopyAnother important use of the belly bar is that you can attach/hang fun toys (and even a pacifier) on it, which will keep your child entertained when you’re out. Toys can be secured to the bar for your child’s entertainment when out on long strolls or on those busy shopping days. Another thing to consider is folding it in the winter. Bugaboo Butterfly doesn’t fold with the footmuff attached to it. You need to remove the footmuff to fold it, which honestly defeats the purpose. For comparison, Babyzen Yoyo does fold with the footmuff attached. Depth (not pictured) also matters when it comes to space saving and you can see that there’s a visible difference between all these strollers even in regard to height and width when folded. Technically, neither stroller is a perfect fit for common airline carry-on requirements, but the YOYO2 is close—and Babyzen advertises that its stroller is accepted as cabin luggage by most airlines.

Honestly, I thought after my older son turned 2.5 and the baby was over 1 we ditched a double stroller due to the fact that our car is small and it’s simply not practical for European travels. I thought we wouldn’t need another stroller after attaching a buggy board for the toddler to Babyzen Yoyo. But, having a second stroller was crucial for the 3-year-old when we explored European cities all day long.I took it to London and it did just fine on uneven pathways and up and down the curbs. While the wheels aren’t huge it even got through the cobblestones without wobbling, just a stronger push. I wouldn’t say that it can handle cobblestones like a stroller or wagon with huge wheels, but it got through them. A stroller bumper bar is easy to attach to your buggy. You get clip-on bumper bars that can be easily fitted with a few clips to the stroller. Belly bars can be opened on either sides, making it convenient for the child to get in and out of the stroller. Most bumper bars fit various brands of strollers, but just make sure it fits the one that you have/
