About this deal

The Neo70s, on the other hand, has a creamy off-white dial that has some very subtle vertical texturing to it that’s nearly unnoticeable except upon close inspection. result = df . to_json ( orient = "index" ) >>> parsed = loads ( result ) >>> dumps ( parsed , indent = 4 ) { "row 1": { "col 1": "a", "col 2": "b" }, "row 2": { "col 1": "c", "col 2": "d" } } Not to mention, the accuracy and large power reserves of a solar-quartz watches are convenient to have, even if they aren’t the most exciting. Of course, a bit of that is relieved with the smooth sweep of the chronograph second hand, giving you that feeling of a mechanical chronograph, without actually having to deal with the hassle and costs of servicing a mechanical chronograph (which can sometimes be quite costly). Seiko never disappoints when it comes to delivering stylish timepieces that are as equally as functional as they are stunning. One such example is the Solar Chronograph (SSC446) which fuses together that trendy charm of panda dial design with a little tweak that pushes the deluxe appeal to the max.

Of the form {field : array-like} or {field : dict}. orient {‘columns’, ‘index’, ‘tight’}, default ‘columns’ In addition, the date wheel is a stark white, which contrasts with the warm and milky off-white dial in a not-so-complimentary way. The date window is relatively small, so you may be unbothered, or it might just drive you crazy if you’re a very detail-oriented enthusiast (and as watch enthusiasts, I’m sure we all are detail-oriented, to an extent). df = pd . DataFrame ({ 'col1' : [ 1 , 2 ], ... 'col2' : [ 0.5 , 0.75 ]}, ... index = [ 'row1' , 'row2' ]) >>> df col1 col2 row1 1 0.50 row2 2 0.75 >>> df . to_dict () {'col1': {'row1': 1, 'row2': 2}, 'col2': {'row1': 0.5, 'row2': 0.75}} Well, well Orient have revived their 'solar' watch line. IIRC it's been several years since Orient had a solar powered model in their line-up. I see the Chrono-Mako is 42.8 mm dia, has 22mm lugs so it slots in between the current Kamasu (41.9 mm) and the Triton II (43.4 mm). Of course, it’s very important to NEVER push down the chronograph pushers when the watch is getting wet, as that will almost always allow some water in, no matter the water-resistance of your watch. This goes for any chronograph watch, not just the Orient Panda in particular. Please be careful! Odd Date Window

Accidentally found Orient Panda has a very similar lug with Orient Mako II, Demo on 22mm Super-O Boyer 316L Stainless Steel Watch Band

The Neo70s seems to be a completely unique design, at least. as far as I know. Feel free to correct me in the comments if I am wrong. The Parnis Daytona has a very close resemblance to the modern and recent Rolex Daytona models. You could definitely consider this one a homage as it has very few design queues of its own. The dial itself is laid out very nicely with three subdials for the chronograph and other functions.

Why they put any lume on this watch in the first place is beyond me. If you’re going to add lume, you should add lume bright and strong enough to actually make it usable. Oh well. Can’t win ’em all. What is a Panda Dial? There isn’t a huge variety of affordable and good-looking panda dial chronographs on a budget, though I’ve written an entire article about them if you want to learn more. One of the most notable aspects of this Omega chronograph timepiece is its use of a pulsometer bezel. This is a more vintage take to the Speedmaster watch model and features prominent Alpha-shaped hands and a sleek 39.7mm diameter steel case. The case itself delivers on the visual side of things with its alternating brushed and polished finish. Thank you for your comment, while we only have curve end bracelets in Super-J Louis & Endmill style at the moment.Affordable panda dial chronographs. Left to right: Orient Neo70s, Parnis Daytona and Alpha Daytona. I can’t say I’m entirely surprised, as this is my third Orient watch, and all of them have had superb case finishing, especially for the low price of these affordable watches. The Zenith Defy El Primero comes in two variations: the panda dial and the reverse panda dial. This is the manufacturer’s flagship watch series and is also one of the most stunning timepieces that we have come across. This timepiece is another high-end luxury watch and features an impeccable watch design that is accompanied by premium-grade materials as well. The mechanical date dial is standard, more or less, but I know nobody who ever gets around to resetting at 30/31 each month; that combined with difficulty in viewing (unless you like to put on your reading specs) is a killer for this “feature”. However given you went into so much detail on strap variants, I was confounded when you failed to mention the strap you went to so much trouble to photograph: the stainless steel coloured Nato. Looks good in the shot, but how did it look in real life? (is what I was hoping the article would tell me given that the strap got valuable column centimetres) Reply

The Seagull 1963 is a hand-wind, fully mechanical chronograph. It uses a column wheel, which is an extremely coveted and desirable chronograph movement by most watch lovers, as it takes fine craftsmanship to build, is extremely durable, and ultimately very rare to find at such a low price point. Personally, I like their logo and think it is done very tastefully. Of course, it reads Orient, and underneath ‘Chronograph’ in a script font that, again, I personally find to be very tasteful and compelling. As with all Heritage timepieces, this model takes the traditional route with its self-winding automatic movement. The TAG Heuer Heritage features a 42mm polished stainless-steel case and uses a genuine brown calfskin leather strap for that added rugged charm. As for performance, expect top marks as this timepiece uses the brand’s signature Caliber Heuer 02 chronograph movement which has an accuracy rating of 28,800VPH. The solar meca quartz is of course not the first choice for the mechanical watch enthusiast, but it’s rare to find a fully mechanical chronograph in this price range. It uses a stainless-steel case that measures 41mm in diameter and comes with the mandatory unidirectional bezel which is ever-present in all dive watches. This Longines dive panda dial watch is also quite durable which is further enhanced by the sapphire crystal window. It also has impressive 300-meter water resistance, as is expected from a top-tier dive watch series. The best budget panda dial chronograph is the Orient Neo 70s Panda, in my opinion. It’ is a lovely watch that has got many hours of wrist time on my own personal wrist. What an honor!
