The conference will be held in the Strathclyde University Technology & Innovation Centre located in the heart of the city. Our gin is distilled seven times in our copper pot still ‘Annie’— named after one of our founder’s great grandmother who first sparked our passion for innovation and quality. Seven is also the number of carefully selected botanicals that support the finest juniper berries that lie at the heart of our gin. Enjoy samples from each of the brands but plan your time wisely as with over 250+ craft spirits there’s plenty to discover. We recognise the importance of networking and that this cannot be fully replicated online. Therefore, we needed to consider how we support our members to meet and collaborate, whilst minimising our impact to the environment and promoting sustainability.

The Gin and Rum Festival will be taking place over two days at the Briggait close to the Trongate, with sessions across Friday, August 18 and Saturday, August 19. Our knowledgeable and passionate staff will guide you through our facility, where you can see first-hand how we create our award-winning spirits using traditional techniques combined with modern technology. The Wee Farm Distillery is a family-run distillery with a lot of heart, and there’s no doubt your visit here will be filled with laughs, great gin, and friendly faces. The Garden Shed One of the most famous distilleries in Glasgow is the Glasgow Distillery Company, which meticulously produces the famed Makar Glasgow Gin within this massive copper stills. Established in 2012, The Glasgow Distillery Company has consistently claimed the title of Glasgow’s Distillery. The distillery is an independent and freestanding distillery next to the River Clyde run by passionate distillers who want nothing more than to create the best spirits Scotland offers.
