Introduces the Fellowship of Alcoholics Anonymous as a diverse group of alcoholics who have “lost the power of choice in drink” and whose common solution to their problem with alcoholinvolves a profound “spiritual experience.” Olivia is a loveable hero looking for her first Big O, and "Hot Cop" Oren is the perfect Officer to help her Obtain that Objective!!! (See what I did there?) Appendix VI - How to Get in Touch with A.A., from the Fourth edition of the Big Book, "Alcoholics Anonymous," the basic text of A.A. in American Sign Language (ASL).

The Doctor's Opinion, from the Fourth edition of the Big Book, "Alcoholics Anonymous," the basic text of A.A. in American Sign Language (ASL). Appendix III - The Medical View on A.A., from the Fourth edition of the Big Book, "Alcoholics Anonymous," the basic text of A.A. in American Sign Language (ASL). I don't know. Maybe 2001 was a shitty confusing time for female sexuality and I'm just not remembering it all that well because that was 11 years ago and I was in high school. But that doesn't really change the fact that this book kind of blows. And like all love stories they have their wooing and it's to die for....full of hilarious humor and the cutest dates! Their story is one full of quirky moments and sexy sexcapades!!!! Cue in the sexy cop, Oren O'Brien! Yup you read it right another "O" comes into the mix. He comes as a surprise and you cannot help by fall head over heels for him. Oh my! Oh man! Oh my ovaries! *SWOON* <3 The Foreword to the First edition of the Big Book, "Alcoholics Anonymous," the basic text of A.A. in American Sign Language (ASL).

I feel like maybe the publisher was like, "We have a three book contract...give us a third book damn it. Also, it has to have this shitty format." And she just phoned it in. That's my theory. Based on the way it feels when you're reading it. The original 1939 foreword. Introduces the Fellowship of Alcoholics Anonymous, then a group of 100 members who had “recovered from a seemingly hopeless state of mind and body.” States the book’s purpose: “to show other alcoholics precisely how we have recovered.” Stresses the importance of anonymity. Written in 1976. Notes that A.A.membership was estimated at over one million in 90 countries, with participation of women and young people on the rise. I read this book on a dismal Monday morning in NYC n to say I went to work with a pep in my step is not too far from the truth. This chapter recounts the birth of Alcoholics Anonymous: how the early members’ lives were transformed through the solution offered by A.A.’s program of recovery– a solution available to anyone who wants it. Ok.......then, they're just kissing here and there til about 58% ish into the book 🙄🙄🙄😬 I'm like......girl he's that hawt and youre creaming your panties over him but you haven't done the deed yet? Damn! Jump on him! He's ready to go!

Dr. Bob's Nightmare, from the Fourth edition of the Big Book, "Alcoholics Anonymous," the basic text of A.A. in American Sign Language (ASL). The Twelve Traditions are a set of principles by which Alcoholics Anonymous functions most effectively.

My name is Olivia and this is my virgin diary. Yep, at the ripe age of 24 I'm single and O-less. And to top it all off, with a shiny cherry, I'm a first grade teacher.

Such an amazing book that once I started I couldn't put it down until it was finished. It was definite worth the book hangover I got from staying up so late. It was sad that it had to end however I was thrilled that we will get to read the next book "

Amazing little story about love and life. it's a picture story you can finish in five minutes but it will stay with you forever. must read for everyone. Taking Steps Five through Eleven can help maintain not only physical sobriety but also personal transformation. This chapter describes how these Steps can lead to "a new freedom and a new happiness." I LOVED this book. It's characters were fantastic. I loved them all, between Olivia's crazy antics, her best friend Scout's crude jokes and her student Kane's quips I was laughing so hard like a loon. Oh, and lets not forget how swoon worthy Oren was.
