About this deal

I received an advanced reader copy of this book to read in exchange for an honest review via netgalley. Poems for accepting all that you are—including those parts of yourself that you wish you could disown You feel the heartache that is poetically portrayed. The intensity of each line is incredible. It shakes your core. It shatters your heart, but it rebuilds it with a refreshing perspective. I cried every day that I read this book and it's just what I needed. The author beautifully expressed feelings that I knew I had, but couldn't get out or didn't have the right combination of words to. Each part is divided into different sections dealing with different topics based on a single theme. Each part starts with a detailed introduction on the topic along with the poet sharing his own experiences.

I received an advance reader copy of this book to read in exchange for an honest review via netgalley and the publishers. This sounds too good to be true and, in the long-term, it is too good to be true. But there is some truth to it in the short term. While healing, a cuff or callous of extra-strong new bone forms around the fracture to protect it. So, it is true that a few weeks into healing process, the bone at the break is stronger than a normal bone. But eventually this cuff diminishes, and a few years later you’re left with a bone that might be as good as new, but is no stronger than the equivalent bones nearby. Its special ability activates when Repression is used on it in twice in a row, even by different employees. When Repression is done the first time, Beauty and the Beast's health will worsen and it will produce a good amount of E-Boxes. If Repression is done a second time without another work being done in between, the original abnormality will die, and the Agent who did the work will turn into the new Beauty and the Beast, considered ' Dead' at the end of the transformation. I cannot even believe the healing that has come from reading this and the self reflection that it’s caused. His poems are really amazing, self empowering, emphasizing, mysterious. He asks to enjoy the present moments, the feels, the sensations, the smells, the sounds and the tastes. He makes us understand the importance of living in the moment. Jeff Foster graduated in Astrophysics from Cambridge University in 2001. Several years after graduation, following a period of severe depression and illness, he became addicted to the idea of "spiritual enlightenment", and embarked on an intensive spiritual search which lasted for several years. The lady thought: 'Perhaps such a hideous monster would be better off if it didn't exist.' She proceeded to stab the beast with her knife." We are reminded too of the importance of slowing down as well as the importance of listening to the silence. I really enjoyed reading this, I flew through it. It was nice to read a few things that put my feelings into words, although not all of it was relative, it was interesting to see new perspective.I honestly feel like I have learned things from what I have read in this book and it's made me view things a little differently. Sometimes the present moment just feels so *unwelcomable*, doesn't it? So hot, uncomfortable, restless, boring, or painful that we long to be *anywhere other than here*. Sometimes acceptance, love, peace, surrender, joy, bliss, high vibes, healing, and spiritual awakening seem like a happy dream . . . meant for other people. Sometimes it just feels like you must be fundamentally broken or damaged in some way. I want you to hear and keep hearing the simple teaching that saved my life. *There is nothing wrong with you*. You are exactly where you should be right now, having the experiences you are meant to be having, feeling the pain or discomfort or longing or numbness or *incompleteness* you are supposed to be feeling, or not feeling, in this precise instant of your life." The writings and poems ranged from sad and desperate to enlightened and accepting. The theme I discovered is to allow yourself to feel every emotion, not to expect the difficult ones to disappear overnight, and to be kind and gentle to yourself and to be okay in your present moment. When times are dark, not to be afraid to reach out and to breathe in and out and take one minute at a time. Is the sample representative? (We already have a disclaimer regarding Kia - a perverse result of giving a 7 year warranty!) High volume vehicles also seem to be under-represented. Let’s start with age. It’s true that older women are more likely than younger women to suffer broken bones. The hormonal changes of the menopause can lead to rapid bone loss and the frequent fractures seen in osteoporosis.

This poetry book was about knowing your worth and how even though you are broken, you are still a powerful human being that is still currently living in a world full of hatred and narcisim. Is it that modern motor manufacturers (who have an emphasis on consistency of quality in design and manufacturing) do occasionally produce a car that is "very reliable" or "very unreliable" - or is there some other factor involved? This poetry book was quite literally an emotional rollercoaster. But it was close to home, comforting, healing and reassuring.
