Teddy and PJ have a common brother-sister relationship. They fight but they are always there for each other. In Welcome Home, Teddy mentioned she was 17. But in Baby Steps, her older brother PJ said he was 18 when they are 2 years apart from each other. Although, PJ said he had to repeat 3rd grade in Snow Show, Part One, so he should be turning 19 this year. Also, PJ said that the first time he sat in the chair at the doctor's office is when he was 2. So that makes PJ 2 years older than Teddy. Most of the time she can be seen wearing her hair down. She can mostly be seen wearing boots, and she asks PJ for a special type of boots for her sixteenth birthday (" Driving Mrs. Dabney"). Teddy usually wears jeans paired with a loose blouse or sequined tee and a long sweater. She has a slight boho fashion sense. Meanwhile, Jo convinces Gabe that she will help him win the class president election but instead she purposely sabotages him and runs for election herself.

Since Teddy is going to her prom with Spencer, Amy takes out her old prom dress and loans it to Teddy so she can wear it too, since Amy was never able to go to her prom. Teddy thinks the dress is outdated, but she does not say anything to spare Amy's feelings. On the night of her prom, she leaves with Amy's dress but immediately changes at school. Meanwhile, PJ needs a date for his prom, so when the pizza delivery girl, Taylor, shows up he becomes attracted to her and they go on a date. Taylor asks him to her prom, PJ accepts. Unfortunately she is homeschooled and the prom is in her basement. After going to the doctor and getting an ultrasound, Amy does not want to know the gender of the baby until it is actually born. On the other hand, Bob is anxious to know, so he asks Gabe to help him get the ultrasound of the baby. Gabe accidentally grabs the wrong ultrasound. Instead of taking Amy's ultrasound, he grabs the one for an Angela Duncan, who is having triplets. In the end, Bob's mother wants to know the gender of the baby; the doctor is about to reveal it, but is cut off as the episode ends.

Skyler was Spencer's girlfriend. Although she had never been seen in the part but she says that she saw him with Teddy and he lied to her saying that Teddy is his cousin. When she and Skyler met up and had an awkward conversation, they realized that he was cheating and was dumped by both of them ("Girl Bites Dog").
