About this deal

Features: 2 vibration settings, 6 swing speeds, 15 songs, 3 soft toys, 2 recline positions, 5-point harness, compact design. Its luxurious finishing and high-quality fabrics ensure the design matches any interior, and it comes with an easy to remove and machine-washable cover. Finally, Cassia comes with two toys to give your baby something to look at, two recline positions and a soft and cozy newborn inlay to provide you and your baby with the utmost comfort. It’s designed to be easy to move around the house, at less than 4kg in weight even my 10 year old can move it around easily for me. It also has a neat, very stable but space saving frame. It looks so stylish in my front room. While the bouncer portion wasn’t the lightest, we think a parent who is recovering from childbirth could carry it without trouble, especially because it’s equipped with a handle. Just be sure not to carry the bouncer while your baby is in it and only use the bouncer on the floor. Using this swing was easy to do, too, because the dials and switches weren’t fancy and felt very straightforward. Not everything related to this swing was easy, though. Attaching the swing to the base was nearly impossible, even after we asked multiple people to try their hand at it. It wasn’t until we watched a video tutorial that suggested an alternative method that we were finally able to complete this step. Thankfully though, after assembly, using the swing was pretty straightforward for us.

Maxi-Cosi Cassia – a stylish and smart electric swing for babies from birth to 9 kilos – was developed for moments like these to lend a helping hand. The Ingenuity Anyway Sway Swing stands out with its multi-directional swaying and various speed options. It also offers soothing vibrations and nature sounds. However, a few users mentioned that the swing is not as sturdy as they would like. Ingenuity Soothe ‘n Delight Compact Portable 6-Speed Plush Baby Swing with Music, Folds Easy, 0-9 Months 6-20 lbs (Cozy Kingdom) Elizabeth Murray DO, MBA, FAAP, board certified in pediatrics and pediatric emergency medicine, associate professor of pediatrics and emergency medicine at the University of Rochester According to Barrett, the MamaRoo is very sturdy and safe. She also complimented how smoothly it moved, which we think is this swing’s main selling point. In terms of noise level, its sounds range from 46-68 dBA, with the lowest being the hum of the motor. However, its frame is rather bulky and it weighs close to 20 pounds, which could make moving the MamaRoo challenging for parents who are recovering from childbirth. To enhance the relaxing experience, the swing includes 12 soothing melodies and nature sounds. These gentle sounds can create a calming environment, helping your baby to feel secure and content. If you’re looking for a swing that you can put away at the end of the day or when visitors arrive, this Graco swing is a great choice. We found it to be very easy to fold and love that it’s equipped with a handle that makes it convenient to transport. Plus, it weighs just 12.7 pounds, which makes it entirely possible to carry with one hand. In addition to looking nice, this swing felt safe and sturdy when we tested it. It has a five-point harness that feels secure and the mobile is hung far enough away that a baby can’t reach it. This swing is also super quiet; without the music on, it was almost silent, and with the music on, the sound was only 40-50 dBA, which is quieter than the hum of a refrigerator.

This swing comes with a volume control and parent-controlled timer settings, allowing you to soothe your baby with music for 15, 30, or 45 minutes. To ensure safety, the swing has an auto-shutoff feature at 60 minutes. When it comes to the overall quality of the Graco Soothe My Way Swing, it does not disappoint. This swing is built with sturdy materials and is designed to withstand daily use. The removable body support provides extra comfort, and the swing’s structure ensures your baby’s safety throughout the swinging motion. There are several reasons why we love the Maxi-Cosi Cassia Swing, Essential Graphite. Firstly, its touch screen control panel makes it incredibly easy to use, allowing you to adjust the settings with just a few taps. This feature is particularly useful when you have your hands full with a baby. The Ingenuity Soothe ‘n Delight Baby Swing is designed to provide a soothing and calming experience for babies. It features six extra quiet swing speed options, allowing you to find the perfect speed that suits your baby’s needs. The swing also uses adaptive swing technology, which adjusts its speed to match your baby’s weight, ensuring a consistent and comfortable swinging motion. This Bright Starts Swing is a great option for families who live in a smaller home or are always on the go. We found it to be lightweight, easy to carry, and are convinced that it can fit inside the trunk of any car. It’s also convenient to store, given that it stands up on its own or lays flat when folded and weighs just 4 pounds.

The MamaRoo has five swing modes, five speeds, and plays four different sounds. Its sleek, white design gives it a modern, space-age feel and its mobile ornaments can be removed and used as baby toys. Although the touch screen on the control panel took some getting used to, we think it’s pretty cool that the seat reclines for a younger baby and sits upright for older babies. We also like that the harness and seat are padded and can be removed and cleaned in the washing machine. Volume: Our editors used a decibel reader to determine if the volume was within a range deemed appropriate and safe for young ears. According to our experts, 60-70 decibels is generally considered safe for babies and a good volume to keep them calm. While there are several safety measures parents and caregivers should follow when using a baby swing, perhaps the most important one is to supervise their baby when they are in the swing. “[While in a swing], babies need constant supervision the same way they would in a bathtub,” says Ben Hoffman, MD, CPST-I, FAAP, professor of pediatrics at Oregon Health & Science University and president-elect of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).
