Cider is made from apples, which do not contain gluten. All of our styles are made with the highest quality ingredients and are naturally gluten free and suitable for a coeliac diet. The label brandishes a sepia photo of Henry Weston himself, I think he’d be proud to know that since 1880 this cider is still going strong and one of the best balanced ciders out there - but at 8.2% you couldn’t go all day on this! Well, you could, but - exactly!...... We can discharge a majority of our waste water to the local brook, due to our in-house waste water system, meeting Environment Agency and ISO140001 standards.All our ciders contain sulphites, which is an antioxidant vital for maintaining freshness and the levels are well within legal limits.

We have a reedbed that was constructed in conjunction with the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust (WWT) which helps to filter water and provides a habitat for natureH.Weston & Sons Limited (" Weston's Cider") is a cider and perry producer based in Much Marcle, Herefordshire, England. The family-owned company, founded by Henry Weston, [1] has been making cider in the same location since 1880 [2] and the managing director, Helen Thomas, is a fourth generation member of the Weston family. The company had 230 staff as of 2016. [3] To make sure we are always improving our sustainability efforts, we hold the ISO14001 Certification This cider has it all. Medium dry, deep flavour and oaky. It has a great nose, very fruity and the taste is pure apple, nothing else going on here to sway the tastebuds.
