The Charging port and chosen type, old micro usb, im not a fan of to be honest. Firstly it's in a awkward position sitting right next to the tank and unless one has tiny fingers its a difficult affair to use with a tank fitted. Secondly, "micro usb?" Why not the ever popular easy to use C type? The screen is big a bold and easy to read everything. Outdoors it does suffer a bit from our bright sun though you can still readily make out the larger number values in partial sun, full sun unfortunately has you looking at what appears to be a blank screen.
I wont bore anyone with what the box looks like nor a picture of it. You get the mod and a charge lead, simple. Two things that haven't filled me with joy... firstly, the air intake ring is very loose, and it wont stay in the position I set it to, which is a little annoying. It seems to move on its own whenever the kit itself is moved. Secondly, if I buy a blue kit (which I did), I kind of expect the tank and the mod to be the same shade of blue (which they aren't). Its not as if one is sky blue and the other is navy blue, but the tank and the mod are definitely two different shades of blue. Something else which is unusual for Geekvape devices is there is no mention of any kind of protection – as in IP – waterproof etc? So I assume this is not as rugged as the Aegis mods. It runs on 2 X 18650 batteries and has onboard charging rated at 2amps which is done via a retro style micro usb port situated on top of the mod. You gotta be fast to read it as its gone almost as fast as it appears. Getting the picture of it took ages. But just as a basic rundown this has the top airflow inlet which helps prevent leaking and you can adjust the incoming air to your preference. Like I said, this is a bit of an oddy coming from the Geek line and I wasn't sure exactly where they were coming from with it initially. I guess im so used to them being IP rated bulletproof things that seeing this threw me a bit. Supported by dual external 18650 batteries with 200W max to bring you bigger flavourful clouds from your E-Liquids.
