Smooth Ride: The replacement wheel's smooth tread pattern and precision bearings offer a comfortable and enjoyable riding experience on various terrains. Items not including hoverboards, hoverkarts, and electric scooters will be shipped using the EVRI delivery service. Position the kart on the ground in front of the hoverboard so that the side of the hoverboard with the charging port and power button are facing away from the kart. The manufacturer will not take any responsibility if the failure of the unit has resulted from accident, abuse, misuse, or any unauthorized repair, modification or disassembly. For safety reasons and because certain repairs can be complicated, we do not offer replacement parts for internal components or fully integrated batteries. (If something has gone wrong with the inner workings of your Jetson, do not try to open it up! Instead, reach out to us for troubleshooting and product support.)

With the hoverboard charged, calibrated, and powered off, level both sides of the hoverboard so that they are evenly aligned and parallel with the ground.This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary under local laws. The following conditions comprise the requirements and scope of our warranty conditions and do not affect our legal and contractual warranty obligations.

From your collection of hardware, look for the 5 washers and 5 large metal bolts. (Not the largest plastic ones; you’ll use those later.) Grab the nose cap and bag with 4 small screws (labeled “C1”) from your hardware supply. Set 1 screw aside with your other spare hardware; you’ll only need 3 here. YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HOVER-1'S TOTAL LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE APPLICABLE HOVER-1 PRODUCTS OR THIS WARRANTY POLICY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE PRODUCT. Compatibility & Flexibility: This universal hoverboard seat attachments can fit most 6.5'' 8'' 8.5'' 10'' hoverboards. Length can be adjusted between 31- 44 inches. Suitable for riders between 100cm – 200cm. max load is 100 KgWhen seated on the kart with both feet positioned on the footrests, riders should have a slight bend in the knees. Shorten or lengthen the kart, if necessary, to accommodate the size of the rider. Prior to riding your hoverboard ( on its own or with the kart attached), make sure the internal balance mechanisms are in line. You can do this by recalibrating your hoverboard—basically giving those balance mechanisms a reset. The warranty will be performed in such a way that we shall decide whether to repair the defective parts or to replace them with working parts. Hover-1 reserves the right to exchange the product for a replacement product of equal or greater value if the product cannot be repaired within a reasonable time or at a reasonable cost. Products and/or parts that have been replaced or exchanged become property of Hover-1. Goods outside 30 calendar days shall be issued with a replacement or repair only depending on the warranty length of the product.

If necessary, free the loose ends of the Velcro straps and the wire on the underside of the seat kart so that they are accessible. Slide one footrest onto each bar. Rotate the footrests so that the screw hole on each footrest aligns with the oblong hole on each side of the kart. The responsibility of manufacturer shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the product at its sole discretion.Remove the charger from the hoverboard’s charging port and wall outlet. Replace the cover on the hoverboard charging port. If your need for a replacement part is due to a malfunction that’s covered under our warranty, you might be eligible to receive that part at no cost. Save 1 washer and 1 bolt in a safe place in case you ever need them; those are spares. Slip 1 washer onto each of the 4 remaining bolts. The warranty does not cover over-charging, or damages due to improperly maintaining lithium-ion battery installed in unit. The warranty does not cover tires, charge ports and other parts, which are considered consumables, parts that break easily such as glass or plastic or defects based on normal wear and tear. There is no warranty obligation in the event of marginal differences compared to the target appearance and workmanship provided these have a negligible effect on the product’s fitness for use, in the event of damage caused by chemical or electrochemical effects, by water, moisture, debris or generally from abnormal conditions. Troubleshooting: If after inserting the screw into your footrest, you cannot toggle the footrest at all, you have likely inserted the screw without the two holes properly aligned. Remove the screw, realign the holes, and re-insert the screw.
