I still think the F65 is a solid treadmill, but it’s a little disappointing to see that Sole used a weaker motor, smaller rollers, and cut a year off the parts warranty. The F65 has a footprint that is pretty standard in size. Its 82″ x 35″ x 57″ dimensions will take up some space but not anything out of the ordinary. When folded, the footprint of the F65 is 50” x 34” x 70”. This still may be too big for some people, though. So if you can’t make this treadmill fit, you’ll be better off targeting a treadmill that fits under a desk. Electrical Requirements AC motors are usually found only on commercial treadmills because, well, they are a newer technology and quite expensive. But Sole has brought an AC motor to residential treadmills with the ST90. This bad boy can easily support multiple users and hours of strenuous activity. Additionally, it tops out at a speed of 12.5 miles per hour (a higher top speed than most) and offers 15 levels on incline. With a weight capacity of 330 pounds, the ST90 is built to be extraordinary.

Water bottle holders- there are places to store items/water bottles on each side of the console. There’s also a little shelf under the console with convenient departments for storing all kinds of things. Assembly A step up from entry-level, the F65 is a formidable folding treadmill in the Sole line. It's powered by a 3.25 horsepower motor which delivers speeds up to 12 miles per hour and supports 15 levels of incline. The F65 houses six standard, two custom, and two heart rate preset workouts, so you only need to step on the treadmill, choose a workout, and go. If preferred, you can also create your own grueling workout using the wide range of inclines and speeds. This model has a top speed of 12 mph, which is pretty normal for any home treadmill, and can reach a top incline of 15% (again, pretty standard). The F65 has a USB port located on the console’s side. So if you intend on streaming your favorite shows or music from your device, you can rest assured that you won’t be dealing with a dead battery after your conditioning. Bluetooth and Audio Options There’s also very little difference between the weight capacities for these treadmills: the F63 tops out at 325 lb and the F65 at 330 lb.

Basically, the F65 has a slightly larger running surface and a larger console, but surprisingly, the F63 has a longer warranty. It comes with a slightly more narrow belt, but it comes with the same motor, larger rollers, and a better warranty – which to me, probably makes it the better buy between the two. Mounted at the very top of the console is a dual fan system. On so many machines, fans seem a little too weak to justify their space, but the size of this console allowed for two of them and they actually did make a noticeable difference! What a ‘refreshing’ change. Sole is a well-known home fitness brand that’s gained a lot of respect in the industry for providing high-quality machines that work the way they’re supposed to.While the Sole F63 is great for a majority of users, and is the least expensive, the F65 has some key features that make it better suited for larger users and people who want more power from their treadmill motor. FYI, Sole’s older model of the F65 came with a 3.25 HP motor, so I’m not sure why they decided to downgrade the motor a little with the newer model, but I’m guessing it was financially motivated. This treadmill is designed to challenge the exerciser and enhance workout performance. Thus the treadmill has a wide speed range from 0.5mph to 12mph. The heart-pounding speed can be great for fat-burning exercises and cardio. Also, heavy-duty stable inclines play their role in keeping you motivated throughout your workout. The incline ranges from 0-15%. These inclines tone your calf and thigh muscles and build up your stamina. Together, the speed and incline deliver great performance and results. The Sole F65 requires a basic 120-volt outlet. While this type of voltage is standard for most homes, it is recommended not to use the same one for other devices or equipment to avoid a power surge.
