Stolichnaya Elit Vodka is distilled from Russian winter wheat and filtered through a column of Siberian birch charcoal, Stolichnaya Elit undergoes a freeze filtration process involving flash-chilling the vodka to –18°C and passing it through two additional charcoal filtration. Developed to capitalise on the popularity of the Stoli brand, this is a unique super-premium release produced from 100% grain, using a patented 'freeze-filtration' technique. Slowly fermented top quality grain is distilled 3 times creating a spirit so pure that no traces of methanol can be found.

Finally, and to ensure perfection, the spirit goes through the unique Signature Freeze-filtration process at -18 degrees c, passed at an ultra-slow velocity through Ion-charged filters and then allowed to rest.
