That minor gripe aside, I would thoroughly recommend Bop It Extreme as a huge amount of fun, and not only is it suitable for children, it is a great gadget to have fun with when having a drunken party, as of course reactions slow down, which is a great cause of hilarity for those who are sober! The comments samples have background noise and the UK version fixes a bug from the original Extreme on which in speed 4 (between 60-80 points), the game doesn't skip a beat on every Pull It.If this is the case, this is usually the source of the skipping issue due to the quality of the needle. The use of victory songs associated with in-game point-plateaus would recur in later model Bop It games such as Bop It Extreme and Bratz Bop It.
