About this deal

The book takes a chronological journey from there, recounting how he honed his abilities as a medium and how he got his big break at such an early age. He does spend a fair part of this small book explaining what he believes which is interesting, discussing what he thinks happens when we die and how our love continues, even when our loved ones have passed. Yet, there is nothing clinical about “Between Two Wolds” and the writing offers a personal connection to Henry and reveals who he is (and trust me- he is a remarkable kid). I’ll share what I’ve learned through communicating with the other side, and I encourage you to take from it what resonates with you.

ability to communicate through happenstance, coincidence, and our interwoven network of consciousness is just as mind-boggling as they are. Yet in a very different sense, the part of me that most people see is Tyler Henry the medium—the Macaulay Culkin look-alike who gets in touch with celebrities’ dead loved ones on television. But, this book provides a deeper insight into who we are, what really matters and how we can best live our human experience. What a sense of calm and peace I get just from the small amount of work I have seen of his on the TV show he is on. And I’m currently reading his second book which came out just a few months ago this year: Here and Hereafter: How wisdom from the departed can transform your life now.

With all the different opinions about mediumship and psychic phenomena in circulation, I aim to provide unique, easy-to-understand explanations, obtained through my firsthand experiences.

Even (and especially) those who were extremely stubborn in life come through and acknowledge that whatever it was that they used to be angry about now seems silly and pointless. In the same way that a well-adjusted adult might no longer resent a childhood conflict, or even someone who bullied them, individuals on the other side grow and evolve in their understanding of themselves and others. When his confidence grew as he got older and began to trust his guides, he began reading people and getting validation which helped let him know if what he was getting was good or not and really increased the confidence to an amazing level and he was losing some of his shyness. It's a wonderful book for anyone wanting to know more about mediums or Tyler in particular and how he got his start. With unparalleled honesty, Tyler discusses how his complex and fascinating gift has changed his perception of the afterlife, and more importantly, how readings can impact our relationships with our closest friends and family once they're gone.

Henry’s writing chops may not be on a masterpiece-level but the message and intent is on another plane. Though nothing can prepare us for the process of dying or experiencing the death of a loved one, we can take steps to appreciate those we love and remind them how we feel. Practice breeds consistency, and the more we develop and trust in our gut feelings, the more significantly and accurately our intuition can help us. Great book, I loved it just like Tyler's show Hollywood medium, watched them all, Tyler's just amazing in what he does. After experiencing a sudden, accurate premonition of his grandmothers death-what Tyler would later describe as his first experience of knowingness-life would never be the same. A little dry at times; but overall somehow i really enjoyed getting Tyler’s take on life and his own abilities.

However, I think it’s more important for you to understand the process of exactly what happens when a spirit comes through. It's important that those we value know in the moment how much of a difference their lives make on ours - right now. If we can seek to be more present, we will be inclined to be truer to who we are and what we’re feeling.Read more about the condition New: A new, unread, unused book in perfect condition with no missing or damaged pages. We don’t have to wait for a life review to judge others by their intentions, and perhaps even ourselves by our actions. There is no graphic or explicit material which means it's safe for my YA readers and fans of clean reads. Reminding yourself of what you do have takes up headspace that might otherwise be focusing on what you don’t have. For the first time, Tyler pulls back the curtain on living life as a medium in his first memoir, in which he fearlessly opens up about discovering his gift as an adolescent, what it's truly like to communicate with those who have passed, the power of symbolism in his readings, and the lessons we can learn from our departed loved ones.
