About this deal

It's simple, fresh, and calming: on the whole, a solid cologne, just not a remarkable one, and a bit dated.

In the middle of all these notes, among others, my nose registers a slight hint of balsam fir—which I love the most about this fragrance.Clean, smooth, classy, aromatic, elegant, very pleasing indeed, sophisticated, rich and classy without being cocky, safe and stylish scent for all introverts who don't want to overly boast about what they wear or offend anyone. Everyone needs a nice pressed neutral button-down shirt, that you can use with any outfit or situation. Nothing complex (I could be extremely used to it) to my nose but a light, fresh Earthy, semi-citrusy smell. Well this is the first fragrance that I have blind bought, As Bvlgria Aqua is one of my favourites and looking at the scent profile I thought I’d have a good idea what this would smell like.

Since I first put my nose on it 19 years ago, I've had experiences with many of the fragrance genres available in the market, including designer and niche.Created by Jacques Cavallier, master perfumer, you won’t find the abrasive elements of the ‘modern’ synthetic smelling scents from Bvlgari. This dances close to generic (or at least imitated by followers) but maintains it's originality with the warmth from the tea. The Bvlgari PH is drier, not really sweet, very faintly floral, and dries down to a very subtle woods/tea combo. The best and most unique fragrance I have ever had, the only fragrance better is the intense version, ‘Bvlgari Pour Homme Extreme’. Perfect for warm weather: it brings a refreshing cloud that it is not marine, but still evokes the pleasure of water touching the skin and the feeling of immersion.

I very much enjoy this one, and my nose can pick the Iris nuances in the drydown which i find to be very pleasant and adds a twist to the Green/Musky vibe this frag gives. I am reminded of Salvatore Ferragamo a bit with its juicy, pelargonium heart, yet the green tea note and vetiver in BPH is more-obvious, the woods and clean musk supporting the serene, carefree quality.I'm pretty sure I smelt this one before and really liked, but never thought it was a Bvlgari classic fragrance. I was organizing all of my fragrance bottles to put out those that are more suited to the colder weather on my dresser. It is soft, pleasant and office-scent-appropriate like MontBlanc Starwalker, but the scent profile is different.
