About this deal

This serve delivers a refreshing, palate cleansing drink which balances the sweetness delivered by the strawberry. Both cucumber and basil are great partners with strawberry. In this serve they develop a more recognisable G&T flavour in bringing the botanical notes of the gin forward and leaving the strawberry to be the finishing flavour. Ingredients We are the pioneer of Sweet Cider and Fruit Cider. We are the inventor of Frozen Fruit Cider. THE BEGINNING It’s not been long since we announced our first foray into the gin market with our Strawberry & Lime flavour Kopparberg Premium Gin, and following the enormous welcome response, we are even more delighted to tell our fans that they can soon get their hands on another variant. Mixed Fruit came as the next obvious choice as it is our second most-loved fruit cider flavour, and we wanted to offer gin-lovers more than just one option when it came to choosing a pink gin. We hope to see many memories made outdoors with both Kopparberg Premium Gins this summer!” In June, 2013, Kopparberg Brewery and SABMiller entered a global distribution partnership. SABMiller, which is one of the world’s leading brewers, will distribute Kopparberg Cider where Kopparberg does not have an existing interest. The first SABMiller operation to sign an exclusive local distribution agreement with Kopparberg is Australia. 2013 – Entrepreneur of the year

To reclaim the duty element of any broached Kopparberg cider kegs or un-broached Kopparberg Cider Kegs that are beyond their best before date in your cellar, as a result of the on-trade closure associated with Covid-19, you will need to visit returnyourbeer.co.uk/register to register your outlet and submit your claim. Our famous beer Sofiero is Sweden’s most sold beer, at the Swedish liqueur store Systembolaget, for the tenth consecutive year. 2012 – Street cred The brewery is taken over by a Swiss company. The new owners were not interested in the brewery’s rich history of beer and cider. They simply wanted the fresh, soft water for export. As a result, the brewery later closed for the second time in its history. 1930 – The first cider

The design of the new bottle mirrors the same outdoor illustrations seen on the original Premium Gin, but instead uses purple shades to reflect the darker fruit colours and notes in the Mixed Fruit gin. Flavored gin has dramatically risen in popularity over the last several years. While many brands have released flavored options (the majority of which featuring a vibrant, pink color), most of these gins have both originated and remained in the UK. While Kopparberg Pink Gin is one of these colored spirits, it’s also looking to push outward to external marks, ranging from the United States to Australia. So if you haven’t at the very least sampled these pink spirits, now is the perfect time to give one a try. More About the Gin The passionfruit flavour gives a good accompaniment to the already present strawberry base, while the elderflower delivers a sweet flavour enhancer to the serve. Ingredients As a bit of a gin connoisseur – ok, ok, someone who loves to drink the good juniper spirited stuff – I jumped at the chance to review Kopparberg’s new offering.

Kopparberg receives gold and silver medals for Zeunerts Original and Sofiero Original beers in the Beer World Cup in San Diego in 2004. 1997 – First Export

The orange nor passionfruit were overwhelming. They seem to be perfectly balanced, with neither taking centre stage to the detriment of the other. Teetering on the edge of sweetness, I was pleasantly surprised to find that mixed with the tonic water, the drink was delightfully refreshing.

Excellent For:

Kopparberg Pink Gin takes many of the same botanicals as its London Dry Gin, and combines it with fresh, refreshing strawberry and lime juice. This blends well with the lemon zest, coriander, and juniper. In fact, one of the main reasons why “pink” gins have risen in popularity over the last several years is because the fruity additional botanicals help mellow out the pine and peppery tastes of a traditional gin, which makes it easier for individuals looking to take their first steps into the spirit but who may not be as welcoming to the normal, abundantly juniper taste. Lighter Than The Traditional Gin The first cider is produced in Kopparberg, but the country’s yearning for beer sees it becoming the major focus for much of the following 60 years. 1882 – The beginning
