My only major issue so far is with the spacebar. It has one cherry MX switch in the middle, and then a metal bar going horizontally with plastic holds at the end, rather than 3 cherry switches. Absolutely love the Cherry MX Brown and this keyboard is comfortable to type on. Overall a good office keyboard which wouldn't be amiss at home as well. Not too loud but there is some light tactile bump This is the 88 key version of Majestouch (the Majestouch without the number pad). With this compact keyboard, you can save space while having the same layout, and the same tactile feel as the existing Majestouch series.

Alistair29/07/2021This keyboard is excellent. It feels sturdy, the keys aren't overly loud and it's very satisfying for typing. I owned a much cheaper blue switch keyboard before and this keyboard requires less pressure for typing and is quieter as well. I'm a touch type programmer and this keyboard is spot on. FILCO are renowned for their excellent build quality and this keyboard is really built like a Challenger 2 tank. This is probably the most solid overall feeling keyboard I’ve ever tried. Alex04/02/2022This is my first proper mechanical keyboard and Ive really enjoyed using it. The silent reds have worked well at keeping keyboard noise down when recording. Construction is great. I did make a couple of very easy modifications to the keyboard to make it even quieter. It’s easily the best keyboard I’ve ever used and for that, it gets a 9 / 10. I pulled the USB cable out from the PC and swapped the keyboard for a spare, the good news is that I didn’t fry my motherboard or any PC components. Just the FILCO wasn’t working. It takes 1 week for deliver, which is a very nice performance, and i have to say that KeyboardCo and Royal Mail were very efficient on the delivery, and that's very nice. The Majestouch-2 features N key roll over, which basically means you can press as many keys as you want and it’ll have no problem what so ever registering your keystrokes. I usually start the first impression section talking about what the unboxing experience was like. Since it was over two years ago, I don’t have a clear image in my head of what it was like but I have a vague recollection.

Karl29/09/2020This keyboard is replacing a 7 year old QPad keyboard with cherry blue switches that I broke recently. I've had the Filco Majestouch-2 for 24 hours and I'm very happy with it. It's sturdy and is a pleasure to use, and I think I quite like the feel of the brown switches; there's less resistance than with blue switches so maybe my fingers will last longer with this keyboard too. Under Bluetooth connection, it will automatically enter power saving mode to save electrical consumption if there is no activity for more than 30 minutes. Richard_B21/01/2019I have been using my UK Filco Ninja Majestouch-2, Tenkeyless, MX Brown Tactile, Keyboard - FKBN88MUKFB2 for approximately one week now. The build quality is excellent. The feel and the sound of the MX Brown keys is just right. I am still getting used to the frontal positioning of the letters on the Ninja model but this is a minor issue that will pass with time and use. Overall I’m particularly impressed with the build quality, it’s a proper heavyweight keyboard and it’ll pretty much survive what ever you put it through, including a bath!Majestouch Convertible 2 can be used not only for personal computers but your smartphone or tablet.

The keyboard itself has a great feel to it, weighty base, and the caps are very smooth. I have really fat hands and fingers and have no issues typing on this thing. I only bought the brown switch so that I would not unduly disturb my colleagues in our open-plan office, and it's worked very well for that. JC08/03/2018It's my first mechanical keyboard, so the rating I've given is based on how much better using it feels in comparison to the old keyboard I was using before. I went for the ninja variant, with characters printed on the side of the key caps. I'd prefer if the characters were printed a little darker - I still tend to look down a bit too much, but don't have the guts to go fully blank just yet. The 10-keyless design gives the keyboard a perfect size for a desk and is more comfortable to use than a full-size keyboard. The switches give a precise feeling and typing is accurate.

David26/04/2017I was looking for a smaller keyboard without a number pad so that I don't have to reach excessively for my mouse. I already have an Evoluent mouse and was trying to improve the ergonomics even further. On our models a diode is soldered on the printed circuit for every key switch to prevent from counter currency. It’s just a shame FILCO decided to go with the pad-printed ABS key-caps, they’re super functional but after over two years of daily typing, they’ve unfortunatley developed that annoying ‘greasy’ looking shine.
