I was concerned that it wouldn’t be suitable for a male/male couple, and to some extent, I was right – however we managed to find fun ways around it, and it certainly was a very fun experience indeed. With over 400 suggestions and three progressive levels of play - intimate, passionate and steamy, the possibilities are endless, and the game has no boundaries. In short, Monogamy is far simpler to play and doesn’t take as much time as the classic family game Monopoly. On the intimate level, I liked it, or at at least it was a good conversation starter and pretty equal for both men and women. Extra cards picked up after the third round need to be discarded ( haha, childish giggle at the play on words “‘dissing’ a card!
