Beechwood Hall has 2 working lights which can be operated individually, and these require 2 x AA batteries. This house has fitted in well, and is the biggest of the houses in the village so has more than one family living in it, there are only 4 rooms so deciding on the furniture sets to fit in was a bit difficult but we got a great Kitchen (better than my own), a lovely Lounge with Fire place, a nice Bathroom and separate Toilet and a small Bedroom. This was a great purchase and I have a very happy 4 year old and I expect this present will last for a long time to come - possibly future generations. My only down side is the lights which are really cool - my daughter keeps turning them on and forgetting to turn them off so the battery's die quickly and have to be replaced, about once a day since Christmas, I wish they were brighter so that I could notice them and turn them off after she has left, but there might be a lesson in there about saving electricity.
