This syncs really well with what we’ve seen of his personality in the present timeline, and I’m hopeful that Akutami will explore the character a bit more, although we do catch back up to current events in the final chapter.When theyre ambushed by Toji Fushiguro, a mercenary known as the Sorcerer Killer, will Gojo and Geto survive? This was so fantastic and ahh, seeing Gojo and Geto at Jujutsu High was so pure (we also got little Nanami snippets too). Well, all I know is that I am ready to have my heart destroyed a little because things are dicy right now, but also to be able to get to know these characters a little better and a little more. The feeling of not knowing what you are achieving and what are your goals haunted every Geto Suguru's step.
On the plus side, it’s a prime version of this stuff: I’m either fully understanding of Akutami’s style, in which he crops out a lot of the image and zooms in very intensely on little blips of motion or a character’s response to something that’s occurring off panel, or the creator is getting better at illustrating his intentions, but the motion and action all reads very cleanly, here.The event that made both of them contemplate whether what they are doing for the humanity is deserving.
