The 2022 version is now available at Body Glove and includes both an electric 12v pump and a manual pump. The leash has a padded neoprene ankle cuff with an integrated key storage pouch, and there are stainless steel swivels at both ends of the leash to prevent tangling. The 34” centre width provides a nice stable platform to stand on and the tapered nose helps this board to cut nicely through the water. This inflatable SUP was designed with families in mind and has several key features that make it very appealing for paddling with kids and dogs. The Body Glove Performer is a no-hassle board that will allow beginner paddlers and families to get out on the water. Though, Body Glove does include two small D-rings on either side on the back of the board, for tying down something larger like a cooler.

Plus, I think wider boards are more forgiving and stable for beginners, which makes it possible for newbie friends to have a good time, too.

Maneuvering is fun and fairly simple, and so is paddling straight and somewhat fast on calmer waters. The Performer 11 is perfect for still water and can be pushed into choppier water without too much of an issue.
