The battery that came with it didn’t last long , I thought the gp pointer was broken because it just keep beeping , turns out it does that when the battery is dead . I feel like the Harbor Freight Centech pinpointer, though not having quite as much range as the GPPII, reacted better/faster, but I'd really need to do a side-by-side test to be sure.
