I will be taking this further via legal matters as I am so disappointed and frustrated with how I have been treated.

The 'external powered' camera is powered by a useless USB cable which is difficult to get into a building and then you need a 3pin socket within 3-4 meters of the camera - not much use if situated part way up an external wall!It can be charged by the solar panel, or it can be plugged into a USB charger using a standard USB cable. You can't watch the real-time video if the battery operated outdoor security camera is out of connecting.
