Produced in small batches in the highlands of Jalisco, this is a lovely single estate Tequila with rgeat balance and depth. The palate echoes these flavours with the addition of cinnamon, caramel, pepper, and more oak and spice.

Ocho demonstrates that “terroir” exists in agave and pioneered the 'single estate' concept, showing how each is unique. Many cocktails simply wouldn’t be the same without a dash or two of Angostura bitters and it’s the complex herbaceous nature of the product which allows it to offer additional depth and dimension to cocktails. Their Tequila explores the notion of "terroir" and each release of their Anejo and Reposado Tequilas is bottled from a single plot (Rancho) in a given year. The Ron Abuelo 12 Year Old Gran Reserva is a wonderfully well-balanced and rounded Rum showing notes of Vanilla, dried fruits, chocolate and tobacco.

The boldness of its orange flavour is matched note for note by the quinine bitterness that makes it a popular and distinctive aperitif. Nose: A creamy, sweet nose with notes of agave, chamomile tea, floral notes, toasted almond and hints of lime zest.
