About this deal

This pen has a nice grip, my nib choice was medium which bring nice smooth strokes of ink to the page.

Constructed from durable injection moulded plastic, this lightweight fountain pen features an ergonomic grip section and sturdy stainless steel nib, making a great pen for young and old alike. Since the UK left the EU in January 2021, the way international shipments are dealt with by Customs has changed.Colourful German made pocket sized fountain pen by Kaweco, who have been in the writing business since 1884. We go to great lengths to bring you the brands we know you love and we've been happily doing this since the very beginning of our journey. The ergonomical grip section insures an effortless writing experience and the colours are very unique. For deliveries to the Rest of the World, Royal Mail suggests up to 21 working days for parcels to arrive.

For a kid or student then yes, for an adult I might recommend spending slightly more and going for a Sport instead. If you need the perfect accessories, you can choose between various ink colours and suitable standard converters. And just to show how they can work I’ve used all three nibs – sometimes together to show the width contrast – with shimmer inks on Tomoe River and Cosmo Air Light papers. Aside from this, I have another on which the barrel does not screw on to the section tightly and seamlessly and ends up with a little bit of play and a slight gap. Also being a lot thinner than the sides on the cap means that you will need a very high level of OCD to want to line up the top facet of the cap and barrel, which is a good thing as the cap pulls on/off, so no threads to keep everything in line. I'd recommend not trying unless there is a pressing need--and be careful to not damage the nib as you pull.

Clear section and feed add to the looks, as does the clear converter and barrel as the ink level drops. Thus, when I first laid eyes on the new All Black edition, I bought one instantly without a moment’s thought. I have a pair of these which perform well and are comfortable although I have mixed feelings about the look. Our overall recommendation If you’re penabling a member of the family who’ll prefer to pick up something which looks cool, you could do a lot worse than the pulchritudinous Perkeo. I don't quite understand why any pen manufacturer would fit their product in such a way to limit their audience, but there you go.They do feel perfectly comfortable for me, but you may want to try holding one before you commit to the purchase if molded grips cause you grief. If you look carefully, although the nib widths may be the same, the style of nib in the Perkeo set is far more rounded at the outer edges. Perkeo pens have an octagonal cap and barrel, a stainless steel nib and a comfortable triangular grip. Where to get hold of one Almost any fountain pen retailer you choose; these aren’t hard to find at all.
