ABV, KI NO BI uses a rice spirit base and peerless water sourced in the famous sake brewing district, Fushimi.

Made in a small distillery in the ancient city of Kyoto, the gin uses a rice spirit as its base, which is flavoured with Japanese botanicals yellow yuzu, hinoki wood chips, bamboo, gyokuro tea and green sanshō berries, in addition to some more traditional gin botanicals.They are located in Minami-Ku, in the south part of Kyoto City, close to the Fushimi region, famed for hundreds of years for its production of delicious nihon-shu (Japanese sake). After the botanicals are separated into the 6 Elements and steeped in rice spirit, they are distilled individually.
