I followed the instructions about the application on my decking which had flaking paint which had been applied last year and within 15 minutes the paint was indeed bubbling and only some parts needed a second coat for the grooving. Please Note: This product is designed to remove decking products that form a film or coating over the surface of the decking boards, such as garden decking paints and stains.

This product was very good for getting the old paint off our decking, although some stubborn areas did retain the original paint, but generally it was very good.
