savage wisdom by adamcam is a self help book with inspirational pages to try and get you to stop sabotaging yourself and take responsibility of your actions and decisions in life. It left me angry, the type of anger that makes you want to say: F* you all, I can achieve anything I want, I will show you how great I am, just watch. I know I’m going to revisit it over and over to keep reminding myself of how awesome I am and how mahoosively awesome I’m planning on becoming. I was gonna leave a before and after I’ve read review because just the blurb made me laugh out loud. I felt as though I was finally stepping into my power, and that is essentially the core message of Savage Wisdom; to accept yourself for who you are, and be unapologetic in your approach to life.

Does he solve all your problems "heck no" but he just may change the way you view yourself, the people you keep around you and challenge your view on life itself.Firstly you should be following Adam on social media but honestly if you are a snowflake dont bother.

In some instances I was that undeserving idiot which is okay, because that was then and this is now. Once I've done that, I'm going to walk across the road to the park with a gin and tonic and a book and congratulate myself on the very scary steps I took to get back to the one place in the world I wanted to be - London.There's no diving into our DNA to try and justify unkind and hurtful people: like it reads essentially, we're not born with ego however over-sized, nor are we born with the insecurities or self doubt, it's learnt and shaped by our experiences and the people around us, and thats what the book is saying, control that stuff yourself don't relinquish control to someone else because good people won't put you in a position where you do or feel you have to. FYI I've read/listened to a load of these type books and felt a little like Cam has whipped out all the catchphrases from everyone else's books and stuck them all in one handy little place. You’re either in our tribe, or you’re not, but everyone in our community loves this, too, because they’re all like-minded people and vibe well together. I find myself endlessly scrolling though pointless Instagram videos at 3am to distract myself and who should slap me in the face with the words "if people keep treating you like shhhh, and you keep allowing it. Few people ever place a hashtag on a piece of digital content they produce with the intention of starting a global movement. maybe answer them before you read,then after and then constantly every six months or so to see how your journey is evolving.

Brilliant book, completely honest account of lots of subject matters and this author says things straight to the point and is spot on. We sat down with Adam to talk about his upcoming book “ Savage Wisdom”, the hashtag behind it, and the global following that inspired it. I already did most of the hard work of healing cuts to an extent, but there was that something that just kept cropping up eating me away, beating myself up for.
