Q. Who will deliver my item?

A. We use a standard, signed for service such as the Royal Mail second class or Hermes Tracked. Your item is traceable during the delivery process and will take between 5 to 7 days to be delivered depending on the service used.

Q. Who will deliver my larger or heavy items such as furniture? The Private courier service is only possible for the London and Greater London areas.

A. An item too large or heavy to be delivered to you using the standard delivery service is delivered using a private courier service known to us. ( only possible for the London and Greater London areas presently ) Or using the LoadsaStuff van where possible. The buyer pays for the delivery service via Paypal on this website before the delivery day which is a non refundable payment. The cost is usually £20 on top of the listed price or as agreed pior to the delivery. The Delivery service is a seperate service and so is not included in the item  listed price. Any complaints should be sent to the courier service and not LoadsaStuffVintage unless the item is delivered by the LoadsaStuffVintage van. Please read the Terms and Conditions of Sale and or the Return Policy for more information regarding this as there are additional rules in regards to returning such items.

Q. How do I return an Item    

A. Please read the Return Policy for more information. To return an item within the allowed time frame please start the process here by letting us know that you wish to make a return and your reasons for the return. We will reply to your message as soon as possible. Some items can not be returned for hygiene reasons or items such as tableware have specific rules attached to them to avoid fraud. When making a purchase on this website you would have ticked the box to confirm that you have read, understood and agree to our Terms and Conditions of Sale so it is important to read them properly before you make a purchase from this website.

Q. How do I go about making an reasonable offer on items?

A. We  encourage customers to make reasonable offers when buying more than one item from us whether you purchase an item from here or the sister site @ LoadsaStuff!! and are having the items sent to the same address, using the same email address to purchase them via Paypal. This is partly because the price for delivery is included in the item list price and items are sourced at a reasonable price most of the time. Offers on items are replied to before closing or within a couple of hours depending on when the message is sent to us.

Q. When I make an offer how do I pay for the items?

A. When an offer is accepted by us or if we reply to you with a counter offer which you accept, you can pay for the items straight away by adding them to your cart on each website or depending on the amount of time available to us, the items will be relisted for you as a job lot to enable you to pay for them at the same time. Any monies due to you will be refunded after payment. There are links on this site to make going between sites easy and a link in the menu pages section also.

Q. How do I buy from the LoadsaStuff website and combine the postage/offer discount  with items I purchased on this website?

A. That’s easy!  When we receive your order we also receive your email address and address for delivery. As long as you have paid using the same  address and email  for both transactions on each website, we will know you have bought more than one item going to the same address and process your order with a standard postage discount. To get a reasonable offer accepted by us on both transactions, make your offer on either site using the Contact Form stating which items you want to buy. When your offer is accepted or if you accept a counter offer made by us, simply pay for the items on the website they are on, the discount refund that has been agreed to will be issued to you by us shortly afterwards via PayPal.
